How the platform is organized
ArkeeTech automation is built as a multi-merchant application from the database up. A merchant business is an organization; each of its storefronts is a separate store with its own marketplace authorization, order history and automation history.
Organizations
Each merchant business authorizes ArkeeTech independently. One merchant's data is never mixed with another's.
Stores
A merchant can connect several storefronts. Every store holds its own connection state, shop identifier and sync history.
Automation runs
Order batches are processed in recorded runs, each with counts, a full log and per-order outcomes including duplicate detection.
Marketplace integration status
Shopee
Shopee API access not yet availableShopee is the first marketplace ArkeeTech automation is being built for. The integration will be implemented, tested and enabled for merchants after ArkeeTech receives Shopee Open Platform access.
This application does not connect to Shopee. Connecting a store requires Shopee Open Platform access, which ArkeeTech does not hold. No Shopee authorization, credential or API call exists in this application today.
TikTok Shop
PlannedA second marketplace integration planned after the Shopee integration is live.
Not started. No application has been submitted to the TikTok Shop Open Platform.
Current state of this deployment
The application behind this site is a working product build populated with seeded demonstration data. ArkeeTech has no marketplace API credentials, no merchant authorizations and no live order synchronization at this time.
