ArkeeTech automation

Terms of service

Last updated 22 August 2026

Current state of the platform

ArkeeTech automation is in a pre-release product phase. The deployment you are looking at contains seeded demonstration data and is not connected to any marketplace. These terms apply to any use of the application and will govern merchant use once accounts are opened to merchants.

1. The service

ArkeeTech automation ("the service") is software provided by ArkeeTech that centralizes order data from a merchant's marketplace storefronts and performs operational automation over that data. The service is provided to the merchant organization that holds the account, and to the users that organization's account covers.

2. Accounts

Accounts are provisioned by ArkeeTech; there is no public self-registration. The account holder is responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity performed under their account, and should notify ArkeeTech promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

3. Marketplace authorizations

A merchant may connect a storefront only if they are entitled to operate it. Each authorization is granted per store, and grants ArkeeTech access to that store's data solely to provide the service to that merchant. A merchant may revoke an authorization at any time, through ArkeeTech or through the marketplace. Use of the service does not relieve a merchant of their obligations under the terms of the marketplace they sell on.

4. Acceptable use

The service may not be used to:

  • access data belonging to a merchant or storefront the account holder does not operate;
  • circumvent a marketplace's rules, rate limits or access controls;
  • interfere with the operation, security or integrity of the service;
  • resell or redistribute data obtained through the service to a third party.

5. Merchant data

Data a merchant brings into the service, and data retrieved from their authorized storefronts, remains the merchant's. ArkeeTech processes it to provide the service and handles it as described in the privacy policy.

6. Availability and accuracy

The service is provided on an "as is" basis while it is in its pre-release phase. ArkeeTech does not warrant uninterrupted availability, and automation results depend on the accuracy and timeliness of the data the marketplace returns. Merchants should verify outputs that carry financial or fulfilment consequences.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ArkeeTech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including lost profits or loss of business opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Suspension and termination

ArkeeTech may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that puts the service, a marketplace integration or another merchant at risk. A merchant may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of their data.

9. Changes

These terms will be updated as the service develops, in particular when marketplace integrations go live and when commercial terms are introduced. Material changes will be communicated to account holders.
