About ArkeeTech

ArkeeTech is an independent software developer based in Indonesia, working on operational automation for e-commerce merchants.

ArkeeTech currently develops and operates custom automation software for e-commerce administrative workflows, including order-data processing, SKU and quantity processing, validation, spreadsheet automation and operational workflow automation. That experience is being developed into ArkeeTech automation: a reusable multi-store platform intended to serve multiple merchants through authorized marketplace integrations.

Alongside this platform, ArkeeTech builds bespoke software for clients — tailored websites, mobile applications, digital marketing work, and ongoing technical support. The company profile is published at arkeetech.my.id, where the business also trades under the name ArkeeTech.

What the product does

A merchant who sells through several marketplace storefronts has to repeat the same operational work for every store: collect the day's orders, check them against cutoff times, validate them, work out SKU quantities, prepare logistics information, and produce whatever the warehouse and finance side needs. ArkeeTech automation centralizes the order data across stores and runs that work as recorded, auditable automation batches.

How it is built

The platform is a multi-merchant application. A merchant business is an organization; each of its storefronts is a separate store record that holds its own marketplace authorization, shop identifier, order history and automation history. Marketplace credentials belong to the store connection, never to a user account, so one merchant authorizing ArkeeTech has no effect on any other merchant.

Where the product stands today

The application, its data model and its operational screens are real and running, and this deployment is a reviewable build of them. The marketplace integrations are deliberately not enabled yet.

What happens after approval

After Open Platform access is granted and the integration has been implemented and tested, merchants will authorize each of their stores individually. The authorization is persisted against that one store, orders are retrieved for it, and the data is normalized into the same order model the application already uses. ArkeeTech intends to validate a single real store end to end — comparing retrieved order data against the existing operational workflow — before extending the integration to further stores.
